Whether you are submitting a New LC or a Repeat LC Proposal Form, administrative authorization is still required as part of the proposal form process. Please email or share your proposal with each instructor’s Dean and Department Chair for their review and approval. The deadlines for submissions are November 15th for the following fall master schedule and April 15th for the following spring master schedule. The Division offices will work with the Registrar to schedule approved Learning Communities.
Important Note: Only Repeat Learning Community Applications will be accepted for the spring semesters.
For NEW Learning Community Proposals:
- NEW LC Application
- The NEW LC Proposal Form should be completed if you are proposing a new LC that has never been approved to run in the past.
For REPEAT Learning Community Proposals:
- REPEAT LC Application
- Complete the REPEAT LC Proposal Form if the LC you are proposing has already been approved to run in the past.
