
To receive the full benefits of process management and to insure that NECC fully adopts its concepts, it’s important to focus on more than just the process management teams, their research, and their results. If the hard work of participants is celebrated and widely communicated to the full college community, support for process management should grow and you will truly see a culture shift at your college. Here are some specific ways to sustain process management at your college:
Train the Trainers
A number of college employees will be trained by our Consultant, Stan Jensen. Stan Jensen has already begun training “trainers” who will know how to use the tools of process management and will be able to work with their colleagues long into the future.
