Facilities Department Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Maintenance requests may be called into the Facilities Office at 978-556-3922, or extension 3922 during normal operating hours. Banner may also be used to submit work requests, if you are currently using this resource.

For urgent maintenance needs after hours, please contact the Public Safety Office on the Haverhill campus at 978-556-3689, or extension 3689.


The Facilities Department is currently conducting trial tests of our new maintenance work request program called School Dude. We are working with a pilot group from Academic affairs to help shake out the new system.

We expect to go live for all users in January 2013. At that time, users will be able to access School Dude/My School Building through this webpage to request work.

Until the new system is fully operational in January, only the pilot group will have access to School Dude. All others may continue to follow the procedures described above.
