The application process is two-fold. The participant must submit an application form electronically and their supervisor must also submit a comments form electronically.

Participants must be working at least 18 ¾ hours per week and must have completed one year of employment at NECC by April 13, 2018. Adjunct faculty must have taught at NECC for three years.
Applicants selected for the Academy will be required to complete all reading assignments and participate in all activities including:
- The Retreat: A one-day retreat on Friday, 9/21/18 (to be confirmed).
- The Monthly Meetings will be one Friday per month through May. Dates to follow.
- Project Development
Applications will be reviewed by two administrators and past participants. It is our intention to select candidates from staff, faculty, adjuncts and administrative categories.
