Application Process
The application process is two-fold. The participant must submit an application form electronically and their supervisor must also submit a comments form electronically.

Eligibility
Participants must be working at least 18 ¾ hours per week and must have completed 9 months of employment at NECC. Adjunct faculty must have taught at NECC for three years. Employees who are currently in a doctoral/graduate program should delay their application until they complete their academic program.
Requirements
Applicants selected for the Academy will be required to complete all reading assignments and participate in all activities including:
- Refer to the current Academy Syllabus/Schedule
- Project Development
Selection Process
Applications will be reviewed by two administrators and past participants. It is our intention to select candidates from staff, faculty, adjuncts and administrative categories.
