Professor Raul Ybarra received his PhD in English from the University of Illinois at Chicago and has been teaching courses in writing at CPCS since 1995. His area of expertise is in Communication difficulties and cultural differences between Latino students and Anglo-mainstream instructors, and writing difficulties Latino students have in writing.
