  The Leadership Academy is in a year-long program that includes shared readings, discussions, presentations of leadership models, guest speakers and the completion of a project. It offers the opportunity for collaboration with a wide diversity of colleagues, and an opportunity for deeper exploration and engagement with self and others is encouraged.

• NELDI—Northeast Leadership Development Institute

  NELDI provides an avenue through which community colleges can prepare their future leaders while supporting existing talent. The Academy offers a rigorous and supportive opportunity for leadership development and networking.

• MCLI—Mill Cities Leadership Institute

  The Mill Cities Leadership Institute boosts entrepreneurship and leadership in Lowell, Lawrence, and Haverhill. Exploring these cities, participants deepen their insights into social justice, strengthen their ability to lead, and build a network with other socially responsible leaders.  The program is on hold  at this time.
